Turn AI Potential into Value - Step in as Head of AI Enablement
This is your opportunity to step into a newly established role, where you’ll be responsible for driving AI projects and accelerating the implementation of AI solutions across the Collectia Group.
We’re looking for someone who sees the potential in AI opportunities, and who can identify, assess, and prioritise where technology will have the greatest impact - and, in close collaboration with business and technical teams, ensure that AI use cases are turned into production solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Your role in a curious and forward-thinking tech culture
In this strategic Group role, you'll be part of a cross-functional tech organisation that delivers measurable value through innovative, data-driven solutions – in a curious, international environment that empowers colleagues to challenge ideas and make things happen.
You’ll join the IT organisation, which also encompasses AI initiatives, based at the headquarters in Brøndby, collaborating with colleagues across the Group to translate AI potential into scalable value. Therefore, you should expect to travel between locations.
Your cross-functional responsibilities
- Managing and continuously updating a roadmap for prioritised AI projects
- Ensuring execution and implementation of selected use cases.
- Leading coordination and acting as a liaison between IT, operations, and other relevant stakeholders on cross-functional AI projects.
- Monitoring progress and removing blockers - including taking proactive action when collaboration needs alignment or momentum.
- Creating transparency around AI adoption and it’s impact across the organisation.
- Preparing and processing data for use in AI solutions.
- Proposing and evaluating new AI opportunities relevant to optimising our credit management processes.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- are driven to set direction and lead cross-functional projects with structure and persistence.
- can bridge the gap between technology and business, turning technical insight into concrete solutions.
- possess a solid technical understanding of AI, automation technologies, and data-driven solutions.
- have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a project management role, AI implementation, or another technology-driven role.
- Hands-on experience with implementing AI, software solutions, automation, or similar technologies.
- Are visionary and embrace change with the ability to think long-term.
- Experience with credit management services is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- German and Danish language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
