As a People Business Partner with us, you will work closely with the business and help create alignment between our strategic goals, leadership practices, and People & Culture initiatives.
You will become part of a People & Culture team, where you will be responsible for your own business areas across countries and locations. At the same time, you will be involved in cross-functional People & Culture projects and initiatives, giving you the opportunity to apply your personal strengths and contribute within the areas of People & Culture you are most passionate about.
Please note that this is initially an 8-month maternity cover, with the possibility of permanent employment.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities
- Coaching and sparring with leaders on topics such as leadership, performance, well-being, and organisational challenges
- Advising on employment law in relation to employee matters
- Supporting key People & Culture processes such as talent planning, employee development, and performance management
- Translating people data into concrete initiatives and leadership advice
- Collaborating with your People & Culture colleagues on projects and overall strategic planning

You have strong business acumen, an approachable and professional way of working with people, and a natural ability to build trust and strong relationships. You work independently, are goal-oriented and persistent, and are able to challenge leaders in a way that encourages reflection and supports both people and the business.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a People Business Partner
- A solid HR toolbox and experience supporting key processes such as talent planning, performance management, and Danish labour law
- Experience driving or actively contributing to projects and creating momentum in cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with HiBob HRIS is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and Danish
